Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Screen employees, visitors, and/or contractors at entry points using site-approved screening methods, verify credentials, and help to maintain orderly access and exit flow;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and/or screening equipment, document unusual activity, and promptly communicate concerns to site leadership per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, disturbances, and/or fire-related alarms as directed by site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations
