Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, and deliveries for authorized access, including verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when directed, and maintaining access logs;
Support inbound and outbound logistics operations by controlling entry points, checking vehicle and trailer information, and coordinating with site contacts for routing to docks and staging areas;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols in designated areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report hazards, irregular conditions, and policy violations to site leadership
