Provide customer service to personnel, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific access control and security-related screening procedures and/or emergency response activities as needed;
Conduct entry screening of people and belongings using approved methods and equipment, verify identification and credentials, and help to reduce unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and emergency services when required;
Perform regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as entrances, dock doors, trailer yards, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location;
Monitor cameras and other security-related systems, document observations and incidents, and complete reports and logs according to post orders
