Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or belongings entering and leaving the location in accordance with post procedures and client-directed protocols.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related events through required reports and logs.;
Monitor entry points, verify identification and/or shipping-related credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the facility.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, damaged barriers, and other conditions that may require a security-related response.
