Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Screen people, packages, freight, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed screening requirements;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the loading, shipping, receiving, and perimeter areas, noting suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or policy violations;
Document screening results, incidents, and daily activity in required logs and reports, helping to support orderly operations at the location
