** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Monitor front desk activity, greet visitors, verify identification and/or visitor access permissions, and help to document arrivals, departures, and deliveries according to site protocols.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

+ Answer phones, provide directions, and support access control processes for employees, guests, and vendors while maintaining awareness of front lobby conditions.

+ Prepare clear reports related to incidents, visitor activity, and/or daily front desk operations, and help to follow post orders and client-directed procedures.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ A current CPR certification is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
