Security Officer Driver Lobby Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related protocols for a financial institution location;
Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Answer phones, manage inquiries, and maintain accurate front desk logs, reports, and other required documentation related to security-related activities;
Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions by observing lobby activity, reporting unusual behavior, and following post orders and emergency response guidelines
