Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and help deter unauthorized access to operational, shipping, and receiving areas;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for damaged barriers, unsecured doors, and/or other conditions that may require security-related attention;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed
