Observe store activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collect investigative evidence using CCTV and floor observations;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Document and report apprehensions, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Assist with incident investigations and audits; support store leadership during safety meetings and hazard identification;
Provide emergency or critical incident response and coordinate with local law enforcement when needed
