Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor access points and visitor activity to deter unauthorized entry, support badge and identification checks, and report policy violations;
Support opening and closing routines, observe cash-handling and restricted areas from an assigned post, and report suspicious activity or security concerns promptly
