Security Officer - Driving Patrols

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, lobbies, and other key areas to deter unauthorized entry, verify visitor activity, and support tenant and contractor access procedures;
Report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations observed during patrols, and assist with following post orders and client-directed protocols for after-hours and/or special access situations;
Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed
