Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and exterior entrances to support authorized entry procedures;
Observe and report security-related issues such as trespassing, loitering, property damage, and policy violations;
Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with management and emergency personnel as needed
