Security Officer - Clearance Required

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas to help support authorized entry, observe visitor activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns;
Assist with security-related incident reporting, customer assistance, and de-escalation of challenging interactions while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
