Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, as conditions vary by site.;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity within the location.;
Support access control, closing procedures, and crowd management during busy business periods, special events, and/or after-hours operations as directed by site requirements.
