Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Perform screening functions for people, packages, parcels, and/or personal property entering or leaving the location in accordance with post orders and client-directed procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and document screening results, observations, and/or unusual activity related to security-related concerns.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
