Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of activity within assigned areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with site procedures.
