Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities;
Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or other authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with established procedures;
Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections as assigned, reporting prohibited items, irregularities, or policy violations to site leadership;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations and actions taken;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned operational areas and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns
