Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, entrances, parking areas, and restricted-access locations to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns to appropriate site personnel;
Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures
