Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with site-specific response procedures.;
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with facility policies.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrol activities, and/or policy violations
