Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Screen individuals, packages, and authorized property entering and leaving designated areas in accordance with established procedures and site requirements.;
Operate screening equipment and conduct visual inspections as assigned; report prohibited items, irregularities, and policy violations to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, access points, loading areas, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
