Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding grounds.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.;
Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, checking credentials, and directing visitors to appropriate locations.;
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrol activities, and other security-related matters.
