** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor logs.

+ Monitor access to the facility and communicate security-related concerns, unusual activity, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Answer incoming calls, provide directions and site information, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and emergency response protocols.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least two years of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
