Jack Laurie Group is seeking Skilled Flooring and Tile Installers of all experience levels. We are open to anyone with a flooring background, including epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl, LVT/LVP, sheet vinyl, commercial flooring, residential flooring, and tile installation.

Job Responsibilities
* Install, repair, prep, and finish a variety of flooring and tile products
* Work with materials including sheet vinyl, epoxy, hardwood, carpet, vinyl/LVT/LVP, and tile
* Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation
* Apply adhesives, grout, coatings, and finishes
* Maintain clean and safe job sites
* Troubleshoot installation issues
* Work professionally with team members
Requirements
* Experience in any flooring specialty (commercial or residential)
* Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Ability to use flooring and tile installation tools
* Understanding of jobsite safety practices
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts on your feet
* Ability to lift and move heavy materials
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
