About the Role:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a skilled to semi-skilled Commercial Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This full-time position works on a variety of projects across Indiana, with most work centered in the greater Indianapolis region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flooring installation and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

* Install a variety of commercial flooring materials with precision and quality

* Work with a team to complete projects on schedule and to client specifications

* Safely operate tools and equipment related to flooring installation

* Travel to various job sites as required

* Follow safety procedures and company standards on all projects

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of commercial flooring installation experience

* Ability to pass a background check and drug test

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Willingness to travel to job sites across Indiana

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

Schedule & Pay:

* Full-time position; hours may vary depending on job requirements

* Pay: $22- $26
