Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.;
Performs repairs listed on work orders and follows the work order process as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Maintains records as outlined within the Green Shield Binder, including PM deficiencies, PM inspections, Life Safety inspections, and elevator inspections.;
Maintains organized and clean maintenance work areas, secures tool inventory, and keeps boiler, electric, HVAC, and fire safety equipment in good condition.
