Spherion - Up to $36.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform preventative and recovery maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.;
Troubleshooting:
Use technical manuals, schematics, and root cause analysis to diagnose equipment issues and PLC faults.;
Production Fluidity:
Monitor and adjust temperatures, viscosity, and metering scales; ensure material movement to prevent system seizing.;
Fabrication & Rigging:
Perform MIG welding to industry standards and utilize scissor lifts for rigging and high-level repairs.;
Documentation:
Create and maintain user guides for equipment maintenance and support the training of junior team members.
