Maintenance Technician

A great opportunity in Indianapolis, IN. Pay range: $20-$25 per hour/ Full time.

Responsibilities may include:

• Perform maintenance service or repairs in one or more skill areas, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, electrical repairs or installation.
• Perform tasks such as but not limited to changing light bulbs, installing paper dispenser units, changing filters, changing locks on doors, minor decorative maintenance and other tasks requiring a licensed skilled trades person or journeyman.
• Identify and correct unsafe working conditions with management oversight.
• Attend training programs as assigned.
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Apply OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work as applicable.
• Assist with special events as assigned.

Requirements for this position include:

• Experience in maintenance is preferred.
• Comfortable traveling throughout our service areas.
• Valid Indiana Drivers License
