Job Description:
The Fiber Optic Cable Foreman is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables and systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team of technicians and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising fiber optic cable installation and maintenance projects
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Managing and training a team of technicians
- Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with fiber optic systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fiber optic cable foreman or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic technologies and systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
