2nd Shift B-Level Fleet Diesel Technician

PFM Auto & Fleet is hiring a B-Level Fleet Diesel Technician for 2nd Shift in Indianapolis, IN. This is your chance to work with a leading fleet service provider that values quality, integrity, and career advancement.
As a 2nd Shift B-Level Technician, you'll handle mid- to advanced-level diagnostics and repairs, including:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on medium and heavy-duty trucks, plus light-duty vehicles
- Brake services & suspension work
- Alignment, cooling system, and engine repair
- General automotive repair & maintenance
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify needed repairs and services
- Electrical repairs & diagnosis
- Vehicle safety inspections
- Communicate with Service Advisors and occasionally customers about vehicle conditions
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with quality control and support team workflow
- Promote a safe work environment and uphold company values

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
3+ years as a Diesel Technician or equivalent training - Certifications:
State/local certifications required; ASE preferred - Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and shop management software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver's license and insurable driving record
- Own set of up-to-date tools
- Willingness to work toward ASE certifications
