Godby Heating Plumbing Electrical is seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to provide plumbing repairs and replacement services for homeowners and light commercial customers throughout the Indianapolis area. This position emphasizes quality workmanship, customer education, and long-term solutions instead of high-volume drain cleaning or sewer service.

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems

• Service water heaters, fixtures, faucets, piping, valves, and water distribution systems

• Perform plumbing repairs and equipment replacements

• Inspect plumbing systems and identify long-term solutions for customers

• Explain repair recommendations clearly without using high-pressure sales techniques

• Complete service documentation accurately using company technology

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle

• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Godby HPE professionally

• No high-volume drain service routes

• Minimum of two years of residential or light commercial plumbing service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair methods

• Understanding of plumbing codes and safety practices

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently while managing service calls

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
