Job Description Mission Mechanical, a well-established Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration Service Company serving Indianapolis and Central Indiana, is hiring licensed Electricians at all experience levels.
** We are currently filling the following Refrigeration roles:**
* ** Commercial Refrigeration Technician** — Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration systems for clients across Indianapolis and Central Indiana.

Job Responsibilities
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems including walk-in coolers and freezers, display cases, reach-in units, ice machines, and process refrigeration equipment
* Install new commercial refrigeration systems and components
* Perform refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak testing per EPA regulations
* Read and interpret electrical and refrigeration system schematics
* Utilize digital diagnostic tools and CRM platforms for documentation
* Communicate clearly with commercial clients and facility managers onsite
* Maintain accurate service records and daily production documentation
* Ensure EPA 608 compliance on all refrigerant handling
* Safeguard all Mission Mechanical property and tools on job sites
* Assist in training junior technicians##

Job Requirements
* 3+ years of commercial refrigeration service and installation experience
* EPA Section 608 Universal certification required
* OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Ability to pass drug and background screenings
* Possess trade-specific tools
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills## Benefits
