Manpower - - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within assigned facilities.;
Assist with repairs and inspections of building systems, including HVAC coils, filters, belts, locks, doors, and plumbing components.;
Maintain documentation for fire extinguishers, building systems, and work orders using CMMS software.;
Support general handyman tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests to ensure building upkeep.;
Prioritize work orders and ensure safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
