Job Description:

The Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technicians in the execution of aerial and overhead telecom projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure project completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew to ensure efficient and effective project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project schedules and resources to meet project deadlines
• Provide technical guidance and support to crew members
• Report project progress and issues to senior management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecom or similar field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of aerial and overhead telecom installations
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
