Lead a mitigation team on site after disasters to perform tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation;
Focus on providing excellent customer service and coordinating teams to work efficiently;
Hold daily team huddle and prepare crews at start of day to handle the day's tasks;
Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions;
Maintain inventory of equipment and ensure trucks and gear are organized and ready for on-call deployments
