Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician

Danaher -  - Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, blow molding machines, automation systems, temperature control units, mold controllers, material handling equipment, air compressors, chillers, and other plastics manufacturing and support equipment to maximize uptime and reliability.;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, automation, and controls-related failures, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo drives, vision systems, robotics, automatic sequencing systems, sensors, circuit boards, temperature controls, and motor protection devices.;
Rebuild and refurbish auxiliary equipment such as pumps, vacuum systems, and heat exchangers as needed.;
Support engineering and continuous improvement projects through the installation, modification, validation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, robots, EOATs, vision systems, controls hardware, sensors, cabling, and other production technologies.;
Demonstrated leadership experience coordinating maintenance activities, prioritizing work, supporting daily labor planning, communicating equipment status to operations, and serving as a technical lead for troubleshooting and repair efforts.
