Nhance of Indianapolis is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Lead Technician / Refinisher ready to step into a leadership track. This is a hands-on skilled trade role with clear advancement potential for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values customer service, and wants to grow into a leadership position within a growing company.

• $17–$22 per hour based on experience

• Lead and mentor technicians on job sites
• Deliver high-quality cabinet and surface refinishing
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Represent Nhance with professionalism and integrity

• Experience in refinishing, painting, construction, carpentry, or skilled trades preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Leadership mindset — ability to guide and support others
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused
