Carpenter Foreman

Messer Construction seeks a knowledgeable Carpenter Foreman to lead field carpentry operations on commercial and industrial projects. You will perform and oversee rough and finish carpentry, framing, and formwork while enforcing Messer's rigorous safety, quality, and integrity standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on construction projects
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan daily work
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment for efficient workflow
• Ensure strict compliance with Messer safety and quality standards
• Perform rough and finish carpentry, framing, and formwork tasks
• Inspect work for accuracy and adherence to project plans
• Train and mentor carpenters and apprentices
• Communicate progress and issues to project management
• Maintain organized, hazard-free jobsites
