Plumbing Projects Lead Installer

Mr. Plumber Indiana seeks a Plumbing Projects Lead Installer to run residential and light commercial installation projects across central Indiana. In this role, you'll plan, install, and commission water heaters, piping, fixtures, and drain systems while ensuring code compliance, safety, and exceptional in-home service. You'll serve as the on-site lead, coordinating with dispatch, mentoring helpers, and communicating clearly with customers about options and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, piping, and drains
• Plan, lay out, and complete plumbing projects according to code, specs, and company standards
• Diagnose installation issues and implement effective repair or replacement solutions
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedules and project timelines
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and small business clients on work scope and options
• Ensure job site safety, cleanliness, and protection of customers' homes and property
• Train and mentor junior plumbers or helpers on tools, techniques, and best practices
• Complete accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and recommendations
