HVAC-R Service Tech

Cool Sys seeks an HVAC/R Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration and mechanical systems for engineering & maintenance operations. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency service on advanced HVAC/R equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance for industrial customers. You'll interpret schematics, document work, and collaborate with a safety-first, customer-focused team while expanding your skills through continuous technical training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC/R systems for Cool
• Sys customers
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency service calls
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control issues using manuals and schematics
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company and industry standards
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and repair status to customers and dispatch
• Document work performed, parts used, and refrigerant handling per regulations
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
• Support energy-efficient operation and system optimization in customer facilities
