Plumbing Service Tech

ARS/Rescue Rooter seeks a Plumbing Service Tech to deliver residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance. In this field role, you'll diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture issues; install and service water heaters and piping; and ensure work complies with local codes and safety standards. You'll represent a safety-first, customer-focused culture, explaining options, providing accurate estimates, and documenting all work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related components
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
• Provide clear estimates, explain repair options, and secure customer approvals
• Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe working order
• Collaborate with dispatch and team members to meet response time goals
