Plumber

R.T. Moore Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on residential, multi-family, and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, rough-in and finish plumbing, setting fixtures, testing systems, and ensuring all work meets code, safety, and quality standards. Work closely with foremen and apprentices, help troubleshoot issues, and maintain tools and materials. R.T. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform rough-in, top-out, and finish plumbing, including setting and connecting fixtures
• Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and HVAC/mechanical teams on job sites
• Train and support apprentices and less experienced plumbers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, organized condition
• Document work performed and communicate material or scheduling needs
• Follow company safety policies and participate in ongoing training
