Sewer​/Water Lead Installer

Mr. Plumber Indiana is seeking a Sewer/Water Lead Installer to oversee residential sewer and water line installations across the Indianapolis area. In this hands-on role, you'll lead small crews, read site plans, operate tools and light excavation equipment, and ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards. You'll diagnose sewer and water line issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and document completed work.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential sewer and water lines
• Read and interpret site plans and plumbing layouts
• Operate excavation and pipe-laying tools and equipment safely
• Ensure installations meet plumbing codes and safety standards
• Diagnose and repair sewer and water line issues
• Train and mentor junior installers and helpers
• Coordinate with customers, inspectors, and team members on-site
• Complete job documentation and communicate work performed
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and a clean, safe jobsite
