As our commercial construction and retrofit division continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Installation Technician to install mechanical systems on projects ranging from office buildings and retail facilities to medical offices and light industrial properties.

What You'll DoInstall commercial HVAC equipment on new construction, replacement, and renovation projects

Set rooftop units, split systems, VAV boxes, ductwork, and related mechanical equipment

Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications

Assemble, install, and connect HVAC components according to manufacturer specifications and local codes

Coordinate daily work with project managers, general contractors, and other trades

Perform equipment start-up assistance and verify installation quality

Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Help train and support less experienced installers while contributing to successful project completion

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of commercial HVAC installation experience

Previous experience leading installation crews or coordinating projects is preferred

Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, and mechanical equipment

Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and construction documents

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordEPA Certification preferred, with Universal Certification strongly preferred
