Lead Power Bi Developer

We are seeking a Lead Power BI Developer with deep functional expertise in Life Sciences Clinical Manufacturing. This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical data engineering and the specialized requirements of a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with data from clinical manufacturing sources such as Pi Historian, LIMS, and MES.

Technical & Functional Skills:

• Design and develop advanced data visualizations using Power BI Desktop, DAX, and Power Query/M language.
• Build and optimize complex Semantic Models using Direct Lake mode for high-performance reporting.
• Architect and implement Row-Level Security (RLS) in compliance with Red CCI access requirements.
• Integrate and analyze data from critical manufacturing systems including MES, LIMS, and Pi Historian.
• Configure Microsoft Fabric work spaces with robust security controls for sensitive data.
• Establish One Lake shortcuts to AWS S3 buckets across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data zones.
• Utilize SQL and Data Modeling best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Manage Power BI Administration tasks and establish report development standards and templates.
