Salesforce Engineer

PAY: $78-83/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Manager Updates 7/2:

• Global team support over 100+ scrum and product teams, day to day is support model where we have a queue that needs to be managed and monitored through day.
• Supporting sandbox build out and set up.
• This group provisions sandboxes, roll will establish setup and connection for sandboxs that we spin up.
• Over 24 orgs the group supports, and can have 25 boxes at a time requiring full time support. Access management, post set up for sandboxes built out, tech support for scrum and product teams as they use the sandboxes. Most our work is the health of sandboxes but also doing some new AI management.
• Must have:
  Salesforce Admin, App Builder and Advanced App – AI specialist is a plus. Google platform – sheets

• Develop scalable automation to improve sandbox provisioning, refresh processes, and environment lifecycle operations.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and validation frameworks to ensure environment health.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance complex Apex, Lightning, or integration patterns impacting environment behavior.
• Contribute to design, build, and evolution of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab, CumulusCI, and related tools.
• Participate in code reviews, develop reusable deployment patterns, and support source-driven development.
• Build automated tests (unit, integration, smoke, performance) to ensure high-quality deployments and reduced regression risk.
• Maintain environment runlists, API governance, metadata classification, and security models in collaboration with EM.
• Ensure 100% compliance with SOX, change management, data retention, and environment access controls.
• Document and maintain Salesforce policies, architecture artifacts, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive engineering to strengthen platform reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, maintain sprint commitments, and proactively identify improvements for the environment ecosystem.

• 4–6 years of Salesforce platform engineering or development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, flows, process automation, and SFDC configuration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab, CumulusCI, Sonar Qube, Sauce Labs).
• Experience supporting or integrating with Mule Soft via Anypoint Studio (Mule Soft certifications strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata management, deployment strategies, profiles, permission sets, and API governance.
• Solid knowledge of audit/compliance frameworks (SOX), data integrity policies, and secure development practices.
• Experience supporting multi-scrum, multi-org environments, preferably large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum teams with strong prioritization and project execution skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to translate technical challenges into partner-friendly language.
