Role Description s:

• Integration Build & Remediation - Develop and remediate in-scope integrations on Vault-native patterns Vault REST API| Direct Data API| Spark Messaging| Spark with ETL| Iceberg| and marketing-cloud automation per approved design specifications| including error handling and monitoring. Build out web APIs for direct consumers of existing Veeva CRM data and deploy across all environments with documented deployment steps and a rollback approach.
• Schema-Change Regression Remediation Implement source-to-target field and object mapping from the platform vendors authoritative dictionary and remediate affected downstream consumers against object-rename and schema-change defects. Build and maintain regression packs that protect against schema-change defects across each wave.
• Custom Application Migration Assess and migrate in-scope custom applications rebuild / refactor / replace per the confirmed migration path with traceable requirements-to-test coverage and code-review evidence. Deliver technical build documentation and handover materials for future maintenance and support.
• Engineering Standards & CI/CD Own the pods code-review standard| branching strategy| and CI/CD tooling for Vault integrations; enforce configuration management and code-promotion discipline across environments. Drive integration unit testing and test automation| sustaining regression coverage through hypercare and into steady state.
• Testing| Validation & Defect Management Support end-to-end system integration testing and UAT authoring/executing scripts| managing defects with clear severity definitions and root-cause analysis| and producing CSV/validation evidence to the clients standards. Handle PHI/PII safely in test masking or synthetic data within segregated environments and defined access controls.
• Hypercare & Knowledge Transfer Provide post go-live hypercare against P1/P2 SLAs| deliver runbooks and operational support documentation| and execute knowledge transfer to client Tier 1 / Tier 2 operations teams. Mentor pod developers and uphold delivery standards across onshore/offshore teams and multiple time zones.

Iceberg-based AI/LLM data enablement; MCP / A2A agent-orchestration patterns; familiarity with targeting| route-optimization| and agentic CRM capabilities.
