The Shuttle Driver provides shuttle bus services for employees and vendors at a major airport owned by a leading transportation, e-commerce, and logistics company. This position offers on-the-job training specific to the role. However, please note that we are not a CDL training facility and cannot provide CDL certification.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement - this is required to be considered.

* Must be 21 years or older.

* No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College).

* 0-1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable.

Preferred:

* One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred

Responsibilities:

* Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety.

* Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.

* Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed.

* Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels.

* Maintain a clean and organized driver area.

* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property.

* Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed.

* Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away.

* Practice safe and defensive driving at all times.

* Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations.
