Fed Ex - - Responsibilities:
Drive and operate Fed Ex vehicles to deliver and pick up packages in a courteous and efficient manner;
Check shipments for conformance to Fed Ex service standards and provide customer service at delivery points;
Load and unload packages as required and use appropriate equipment or assistance for heavy items;
Maintain safe and clean delivery vehicle and adhere to FMCSA regulations and company policies;
Communicate effectively with customers and respond to inquiries as needed
