Stand-up Forklift Operator

Our client, a major food and snack distribution center in Avon, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as a Stand-up Forklift Operator.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting efficient distribution operations. The ideal candidate  must have previous experience operating Stand up Forklifts and Order Picker equipment.  Must be able to work overtime.

** Shifts Available:
** 1st shift 7am - 3pm or 2nd shift 3pm
-11pm or 11pm - 7am or weekend shift 6am
-6pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate stand-up forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise efficiently and safely.

+ Ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods, adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

** What's Needed?*
* + Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.

+ Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality.
