Warehouse Associate - Jack Laurie Group

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (based on experience)

Indianapolis, IN (Northwest Side)

Job Summary:

Jack Laurie Group is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support our commercial warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and wants to be part of a strong, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pick, pull, and stage materials for job sites

* Receive deliveries and organize warehouse inventory

* Load and unload materials using forklifts and pallet jacks

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

* Assist with occasional local material deliveries

* Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

* Must have a valid driver's license

* Must have a fairly clean background

* Forklift experience required (certification preferred but not mandatory)

* Reliable transportation

* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule:

* Full-time, Monday-Friday

* 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM (some flexibility required)

* 40+ hours per week
